CSIR-NIScPR’s “National Knowledge Resource Consortium” and “Elsevier” are jointly organising a training session on “Exploring Reaxys AI Tool: A Comprehensive Overview of Chemical Research and Discovery” under “One Month One Lecture on E-resources”.
The session is for scientists and researchers who are working in the fields of Chemistry, Natural Products, Chemical Biology, Material Science, Drug Discovery, and Development. Dr Mandar S Bodas, Customer Consultant, Elsevier, is the main speaker of the session.
Dr Mandar is a high performer and award-winning researcher. He understands the challenges faced by the Chemistry and Pharma Research community as he has 17 years plus experience in Drug discovery and Synthesis research.
Prior to Elsevier, he worked in R&D of BioconBristol-Myers Squibb and Ranbaxy laboratories. Mandar received his PhD from NCL Pune and his Postdoctoral from the University of Montreal.
The session will cover the following topics:
1.Utilise the structure-based searches and the query builder to enhance efficiency and productivity in the field of Chemical Sciences.
2.Quicker way of searching Properties, Reaction, Substance, Pharmacological data without reading the full text.
3.Predictive Retrosynthesis tool to redefine the landscape of synthetic and medicinal chemistry.
4.How data-driven approaches improve synthesis planning.
5.How Reaxys help in establishing structure-activity relationships, DMPK and ADME-Tox properties through targeted bioactivity data
6.Confidently monitor the competitive landscape, and carve your innovation space through patent data.
